NOTE: Catalytic Converter Laws. In the in State of New York, California, Maine and Colorado you are required to install a CARB-compliant catalytic converter is one that has been approved for sale by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). If your converter needs to be replaced it is due to an emissions error/problem in your engine tuning. This must be corrected before you or your installer, install this converter.
