Warranty Process ​

To start the warranty process, you will need to contact us HERE to let us know about the defective item and the need for a warranty replacement.

After speaking with us you will need to place an order for a replacement part. We will email you a warranty RGA that should be printed out and shipped back with the defective item.

Once our warehouse receives the package, they will inspect the item and determine if the warranty covers the damages. If the warranty is approved, we will ship out the replacement item and refund you the amount that you paid.

Please note that shipping is not covered on warranties. The customer is required to cover the cost of return shipping on all warranty parts. When your refund is processed for the replacement item, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
