Warranty Process

Process For Warranting an Item/s ​
You must purchase another of the same item. Replacement/s must be purchased from us in order to process a warranty.
Once you swap out defective item/s we will provide you with a warranty RGA form to your email. This form is to be ship back along with your defective items. 
Once the warehouse receives your package, it will inspect it and decide if warranty covers all damages. If warranty is approve we will ship out your new order and refund you for the amount that you paid on the new order.
Shipping is not covered on warranties. You are required to cover return shipping cost of warranty parts and when you are refunded on your new order, the actual cost of shipping item/s to you will be deducted from your refund.
