We recommend shipping returns to us. However, if you are in the area, we can accept returns Monday thru Friday during business hours. The return will be processed in 1-2 business days.

Does MAC Auto Parts pay for the return shipping?

Yes, we do offer free returns and can provide you with a return label. Please reach out to us HERE to start your return.

What do I do if an item is damaged?

If the item arrives damaged, please email us with your information, the order number, and pictures of the damage. We will assist you with getting a replacement.

If the item is already installed it may be covered via warranty. Contact us HERE to start a warranty return.

I ordered from MAC Auto Parts but the return address on my package lists another company. Why is that?

To make sure you get your order as soon as possible, MAC Auto Parts may drop ship your items from a location closer to your shipping address.

How long does it take to get my credit/refund after you get my return?

Returns are processed within 48 hours. You will see the credit to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days, depending upon your financial institution.

I received the wrong/incorrect part.

If there are issues with an item, does MAC Auto Parts cover labor or repair expense on replacement items?
