How do I know if my order went through?

Once your order has been successfully placed, an Order Confirmation screen will pop up with your order number. You'll also automatically receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships we will send you a confirmation email. The email will include the method of shipping and your tracking number.

 

My tracking number is not working. Where is my package?

Our orders are shipped out with FedEx Ground.

Can I ship to an address other than the one on my credit card billing statement?

We can certainly ship to an alternate address. Please note that for security reasons we may need to contact you to confirm the address details before the order is processed. In this situation we recommend including accurate contact information so we may reach you as soon as possible.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

 

How soon can I expect my order?

Orders take an average of 2 days to process. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy page for a detailed map & more information on shipping.  

 

What does it mean if my order says processing?

Processing indicates that the order is currently being worked on by our Fulfillment Team. Once the order has been completed it will be shipped out from our Distribution Center. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible so if it has been more than two business days since you placed your order, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

 

What shipping option should I choose?

Ground orders shipping to the contiguous US take between 1-5 business days to arrive, depending upon your location. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver items to PO boxes. A physical address will be required to ship you order. 

 

Do you ship on the weekend?

We do not ship on the weekends. Any orders placed late on Friday will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day.
