This is a brand new DAVICO  Made in USA OE style direct fit bolt-on Catalytic Converter for a:

• 1998-2002 3.0L Honda Accord with a offset O2 sensor fitting
• 1999-2002 3.2L Acura TL
• Please note their are 2 choices of converters, one with an offset O2 sensor fitting and one with the o2 sensor in the middle, check your car before ordering

• 1x Part# 17346 CC1239 converter with an offset O2 sensor fitting with 31354 & 31645 Gaskets
